Excellent company, great ethics

Good app, good customer relations - you can actually chat to a human! I really like the company's ethical stance. There's minor improvements I'd suggest on the app, such as the representation of running balances alongside transactions, and finding my list of standing orders and direct debits could be more intuitive. Really helpful, friendly staff

Triodos provide excellent telephone support.

Human interaction in all ways!!

Great service from a powerhouse of positive change

I have always received excellent customer service from Triodos, by phone and online. They have dealt with any queries quickly, efficiently and reassuringly. This great customer service, plus the knowledge that my bank is using my money to promote positive change, make it well worth the £3 a month I pay as a service charge on my current account. Super happy with everything Triodos.

Super happy with everything Triodos. My wife and I have both a current, saver and Isa accounts with Triodos. They have been excellent in both the app, online banking on the website, and when on a few occasions we have had to contact them we don't wait long, the person on the other end is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and we've never had any issues not immediately resolved. The ethical savings are a strong positive for us, and the customer service exemplary. For all this we're happy to pay the up front small charge - knowing the other banks would elicit that from us in some other way. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
