I've been with Triodos Ethical Bank for many years, they are simply the best bank I've ever had.

Love my bank

Triodos take ethics seriously, and I love the confidence I get from banking with them that my money contributes to the kind of society I want to live in. My card is plant-based, it’s easy to use everyday, anytime I need to speak to Triodos my call is always answered quickly and the app/online banking is super easy too. I certainly don’t miss the 30 mins on hold when needing to speak to the ‘mainstream’ banks. I earn my money trying to tackle the climate and ecological crisis; why would I bank with someone whose investments are still making that crisis worse? Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Proud to be a Triodos banker

I became disillusioned with the Co-op's green credentials so was very happy a few years ago when Triodos started UK Current accounts. Their ethos and philosophy is unimpeachable. The customer service performance is better than any bank I have used (quite a few over the years) - and much better than any UK utility company I have ever had to call as well. Almost instant access to very friendly cust servcs reps. Can't recommend highly enough and literally can't wait for them to open UK Business banking too, Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Best ethical bank

Not only are Triodos the most ethical bank around - investing my money in ethical businesses - but their customer service has been really good too. And their phone app is very easy to use. There’s just no down side to switching to Triodos. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
