You can manage your account via an app and there’s a Bristol-based contact team if you need support. Triodos don’t offer an overdraft facility or immediate faster payments. You’ll get text message alerts to help you manage your money and online statement.

Poor service

Be careful with this fake bank, my company paid me a salary to the card of this bank, the card does not work in the devices, the pin does not work, in Internet banking it only allows you to transfer 200 pounds, I started transfer 200 pounds from Triodos to my HSBC card every day, they blocked my transfers and the card, I've been waiting for a month, I can't get the money back, they are dragging out time, constantly coming up with different reasons, be careful !!!
