Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. The best bank ever

Banking with tripods has been a pleasure. Their internet banking service is user friendly. It is also so good to see the good projects that it invests in in my local area, from market gardens to breweries. I think everyone should start banking with triodos and maybe we can cut out the money laundering mafia that run the mainstream banking system. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Why feed war, pollution and exploitation?

Great social value but digital systems need improvement

Generally great in strategic approach to ESG, but not in the little but important customer service details. Credit card contactless payment fail regularly as pin is requested while for example at TFL ticket gates that won’t work. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023
