Fantastic product, great customer service

What really sets Triodos apart is the personal and attentive customer service, where you regularly speak to the same person multiple times and they actually know your file. This was a huge relief for me when I had just moved to the UK and I still had lots of documents that needed sorting out. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2021

Fantastic Ethical Bank

The majority of the large consumer banks have terrible ethics and fund projects and companies that are very negative for humanity and the world. Triodos' consumer banking savings and current account were easy to setup, manageable both via mobile app and website (probably via phone as well) and have a slick experience. Highly recommend them. Time to change

Ethical, transparent and modern bank

I have been banking with TRIODOS for years and not only is it ethical in all its investments but provides a brilliant and efficient service. And always transparent with fees! Ethical and transparent

My Triodos current account is ethical in its transparency. A monthly charge is far more honest than overcharging for services that are overpriced to create the impression that running the account is “free,” which is obviously impossible.
