A transparently ethical bank

Love the ability to see how Triodos invests in ethical projects, directly from the app. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Great ethics - weak on website details

I joined Triodos bank for its ethical stance on investments and transparency. I still love that. However I find it frustrating to use the website. I can’t easily retrieve details of my direct debits and standing orders, for example. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Good service and ethos, lacking tech

Cannot fault the bank delivering on their ethics and delivering good customer service. I value this over anything else. However, tech needs developing to match other banks, eg cheque depositing and working with Apple Pay. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Ethical, Personal, Trustworthy

After making the decision to put my money where my ethical mouth is, I opened a Triodos Account. It is the closest I have had to a personal relationship with a bank since the 1980’s. I feel informed, safe and supported, and when I phone Triodos they listen and respond intelligently to my needs. It’s good to know my money is a contribution to things I care about in society.
