Best bank around

If you care about the planet, the Triodos bank is the one to go with. They support environmental, socio-economic, and cultural initiatives that contribute to a more sustainable future, and are amazingly transparent about how they manage their investments and run their finances. Well worth switching

An ethical bank with excellent service and security.

We waited for Triodos to open a current account. As soon as they did we opened up a current account, an online saver and an Ethical Saving Bond. We have been very satisfied with the friendly, helpful and responsive service we have had. The staff answer the phone very quickly and deal with any enquiries very competently. I requested a large print digipass and this request was acted upon. The security processes are brilliant. Regular updates of the projects helped by Triodos is very reassuring. The customer service has always been excellent and on line banking with Tridos has reassuring levels of security. Importantly, I appreciate the choices Tridos give me to bank ethically and contribute to meaningful projects globally.

Tridos regularly email me about the vital and interesting projects they invest in. Which leaves me encouraged and inspired that my money is being used responsibly where people and the planet benefit. I find the information I receive regarding ethical investment valuable as I maybe looking to invest in something that generates profit that's not only financial. Banking with Triodos was straightforward from the start - the whole process of opening a current account and savings account to banking today continues to be simple, open and honest and heartwarming because Triodos supports activities, charities, communities and concepts that we believe in. It is a comfort to know that there are still organisations out there that care about planet, animals and people and stand by their values to such a high extent so Triodos is very special in the banking world.
