Everything a bank should be

Triodos meets all my needs as a bank. It is ethical, it Keeps up to date with advances in online banking but also has someone on the end of the phone when you need help. They are prompt at answering and while waiting there is not dreadful music that makes you want to hang up. i pay £3.00 a month which feels honest instead of someone with more money getting perks and others paying for that. I would recommend any one to join - all banking should be this good and use money like this. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Honest Decent Caring. What! Cannot be a Bank.

Although they are a Bank Triodos actually seem to be nice! They answer the phone. They treat you like an individual human being. They care what they invest in and they care for their customers. Win win for me. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Having a positive impact

Triodos bank seem to be incredibly transparent with what they do with your money. They aim to make a positive impact and the savings account shows you the difference your money is making in terms of renewable energy, food and C02 equivalent avoided. It also explains what these actually mean. I made the switch from a high street bank which was very simple to do and completely problem free. Delighted that I did it. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
