Ethical banking

In the new year I decided that investment has a massive impact on the world around us so I decided to move my money to an ethical bank. The process was easy and I feel that my account is secure. I feel that I am treated as a person and they are always happy to help! Reviewed on: 16th December 2019

Feeling the benefits everyday of making a positive change

Triodos is something I carry in my wallet that makes me feel better about my buying choices everyday. Knowing that my money is only being used for positive purposes is a real game changer and makes banking with triodos a pleasure. The app is very user friendly and offers everything you need as a current account holder. It’s actually better than previous banking apps I’ve used for the more well known high street banks. The low monthly fee for the current account is very reasonable and transparent, in line with everything Triodos do: simple, reasonable and easy to understand. One of the best things about Triodos is the regular updates and information you receive as a customer about the projects they are working on and how your money is being used, as well as general information about the bank. Friendly, accessible, ethical

Bank of the future

Its really important to me to be able to put my money where my values are. As I learned more about how bigger banks continue to invest in polluting and unsustainable industries, I became increasingly dissatisfied and searched for an alternative. Triodos are actively trying to bring about a better, more sustainable future, and this is the first time I've ever been proud of who I bank with. The online banking system is very user friendly and as such I've only had reason to call customer services on two occasions since joining Triodos, and on both the staff answering my call were extremely helpful. I already recommend Triodos to family and friends, and in the future I plan to move more of my savings and investments to Triodos, and would love for them to start offering mortgage deals too. Feel good, efficient banking

My partner and I both switched a year ago as we both strongly felt that changing banks was some positive we could easily do to ensure money wasn't invested unethical in our name. We both had over 25 years history with major high street banks and have no regrets whatsoever having happily switched to triodos. Reviewed on: 16th December 2019

A bank that cares

This bank is transparent . It uses your money for positive projects .and you are well informed where your funds are doing good for the world. It is a social and caring bank . A great bank trying to make a difference

Triodos is a bank like no other in the UK. I have confidence that my money is being invested in ethical causes and it's so transparent that you can search your area to see exactly where Triodos loans to. Great ethical service
