Since sign-up for a Triodos bank account, I have had zero issue. The swap from my previous bank was made extremely easy and I feel better with myself now I know where my money is being invested in. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Lovely friendly bank

Now they have sorted out their app, verification and online banking, everything is a breeze. Fantastic service whenever I’ve had to call. I don’t mind not having all the frills like holiday insurance - I never used it anyway. My only gripe is that they don’t support Apple Pay yet. Maybe next year? Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
