Excellent bank

Been with Triodos for many years now and it feels good to know that my money is invested for the betterment of the planet. Customer service has been exceptional and routinely quick to get through to a human being without going round the houses. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Ethical banking and great customer service

I switched to TRIODOS about 3 years ago and have never had a problem with my current account. The switching went well, the app is easy to use, communication is clear and the bank consistently tops ethical banking lists. I’d thoroughly recommend TRIODOS. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Great ethos great customer service

Fair, transparent and efficient

Triodos have set their current account terms and conditions to distribute costs fairly - everyone pays a monthly fee for the service. They also show details of where money is invested/ lent to. This includes several projects local to me. I have had no issues with security, banking cheques or accessing my account. Altogether I am very happy with this bank. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

The most responsible bank around

I switched to Triodos two years ago and feel sure it was the right thing to do. The service is as good as any other bank (including one of the best mobile apps), but equally important I feel my money is held by people who share my values. I can see the bank's money is being used for progressive and ethical purposes and there is a much higher standard of accountability and transparency in reporting to customers than my previous bank.
