Poor customer experience and awful app

I was soo keen to change for a green bank, however, Triodos was worse than any of my previous experiences. It took them months to open my account, and their application was old and unusable. I decided to leave them right away, and I am not coming back unless they become a decent 21th centrury bank. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Love this sustainable bank

I really love the simplicity of the online account, and am very happy in the knowledge that my money is invested in ethical causes. I've been with Triodos for several years and am very happy with the service. The online app is easy to use and the card is accepted internationally; what's not to like?
