Change the way we think about banking

Opening a Triodos account was simple and the best decision I have made. I immediately felt a sense of empowerment knowing that my money was being used to support local ethical business and organisations that aligned with my values and beliefs. Banks like Triodos should be the future as we move away from investment in industries that are destroying communities by supporting fossil fuels and arms deals towards a more community based investment structure. What a great bank

Great customer service for sustainable bank

Triodos Bank has offered me exceptional good service and although the current account isn’t free it represents the actual cost of ethical and responsible banking whereas many other banks don’t offer similar transparency and fairness. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Triodos - excellent choice for sustainability and ethical banking

I had waited for years for Triodos to open a personal current account having already been a saver with them. Being involved in creation, not destruction

It is such a positive part of my life, to know my bank is investing my money in projects that look forward and nurture humanity, and make conflicts less likely. My previous high street bank was invesiting in arms, and oil pipe expansion. I felt complicit in the worlds problems. Also, I find the online bank easy to use, which is a relief! Nothing compares

We've banked around and then came Triodos. We were drawn in because of their ethical credentials and active policies. But we've been really impressed by the ongoing improvements to online and App banking. And customer service when we need it is friendly and effective. What's not to like Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Ethical, friendly bank

I love Triodos. I have two bank accounts and I've been banking with them for about 6 years. They have been unfailingly great. They answer their phones quickly, their staff are friendly, the online banking is super easy and secure, and I feel glad that I am not with a bank who funds arms deals, but instead with a bank who funds communities, small ethical businesses and innovation.
