Just great!

Calm and dynamic

I started to bank with Triodos in 2023 attracted by their ethics and community focus, I have found them to be professional, responsive and sensible, the online system has functioned well and the app is great, I have experience of very poor banking ethics and approach in the past (always trying to sell financial products) and so it's great that I'm banking with Triodos. I love that my bank is properly ethical.

Banking for good

We transferred several accounts from Barclays, the whole process has been smooth, the app works great and we feel that our money is working for good rather than being used to prop up the fossil fuel industry. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Money is Not Value Free

I'm happy to pay bank charges to a bank that I know is investing my money thoughtfully and ethically. Triodos is one of the very few banks in the UK which offers this assurance. At a time when the world is racing towards global environmental collapse, I want to do everything I can to insure the money I earn is used to encourage community and safegaurd the planet. Humanity and consideration above greed.

I’ve not had cause to contact customer services. It’s more about how it feels being a customer of Triodos. I’m not adding to the terrible issues affecting humanity by investing in an ethical bank. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Security checks
