Ethical bank, excellent service

We have a current account, savings account and ISAs with Triodos. We were attracted to them because of their ethical stance and their transparency in where the money goes. The customer service is also excellent. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Friendly, ethical & efficient

I've been a Triodos customer for over 20 years now and have always been impressed by the friendly & efficient manner in which they deal with enquiries. There have been many changes over the years to how they have operated accounts - initially done by post, but with technological advances their online offering is now very easy use & super-secure. I was thrilled when Triodos announced that they would be offering a current account and opened one as soon as they became available. I was so happy with the online access & ease of use that I very quickly switched my existing current account with Co-Op (Smile) over to Triodos so that I could use it as my main account. Ethical and caring with integrity

Great ethical bank with all the required features

It's been a joy to switch over to Triodos this year - everything has been handled very smoothly and I love the way the security works with online banking. The app is also very convenient and trustworthy. I hadn't switched to a banking app before due to concerns about having everything on my phone, but they have made it secure and easy. It's also extremely positive knowing that my money is not supporting a company that has dubious links with fossil fuel companies and unethical practices. So much of the financial word is shadowy and full of spin - Triodos is an antidote to that, and a very easy to use one at that. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
