Triodos has always been a pioneer in ethical banking. Starting from long before the trend of CSR or ESG, they have been promoting ethical commercial investment etc. Would love to see Triodos grow bigger, steadier, and greater! Reviewed on: 13th January 2020

After many years with the Co-op I was looking for a change to a more ethical bank and I have not been disappointed with Triodos. The service was initially cautious but has significantly improved more recently as the bank has developed. Reviewed on: 12th January 2020

Great customer service, great ethos

Whenever I have had any issues with my card or account, the customer service team have been easy to contact and incredibly helpful. I admire the ethical stance of Triodos and wouldn’t consider moving back to any of the big banks who make their millions via arms and unethical trading. Reviewed on: 12th January 2020

Wonderful customer service, ethical values and great products

I chose Triodos (as fairly new customer) down to their ethical values and to be honest, as Bristol based (and I’m a proud Bristolian!). What I hadn’t expected was the fabulous customer service. I’ve had to call twice (once when setting up and once after and down to me) and the people were friendly, warm, sooo not corporate (and therefore not unfeeling and not following a script) and genuinely helpful.
