Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Switching to Triodos was really easy and they were very helpful and informative throughout that. Their attention to detail regarding security is excellent and puts my previous banks to shame. I've was really pleased when they phoned to query some transactions and their staff were really friendly and helpful. I'm also delighted at their used of recycled materials for my new bank cards and that they only deal with businesses that share their ethics and invest my money in companies that benefit or, at least, do the least harm to people and the planet. Great customer service

I have a personal current account, savings account and a business account with Triodos. I have always found it easy to deal with them if I have any problems. Their response is very professional, polite and speedy. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Great Banking!
