Triodos are a great company which allow people to invest their everyday money into creating a healthier planet. People increasingly want to make low carbon and sustainable choices, and Triodos is helping them do just that. They have great customer service and an easy to use app. Reviewed on: 15th December 2019

Ethical Bank in every marker

I have been with Triodos for over 2 years and am mightily impressed by them. I had been waiting for them to bring out a current account for some time and it was definitely worth the wait. Amazing customer service, always very responsive and willing to go the extra mile. It's an absolute priority to know that my money is not invested in businesses/practices that harm the environment, human rights or animals and that focus is on responsible sustainable businesses and consumers. Rates are very reasonable. Debit card. Is made of leaf cellulose! I literally don't have anything bad to say about Triodos and highly recommend. Reviewed on: 15th December 2019

Money invested in good causes

I don't want a bank that invests in massive fossil fuel companies and after reading an article by Greenpeace or friends of the earth I switched to Triodos. The switch was easy and all direct debits and payees were copied across. I had one issue where I locked my account by entering the pin wrong but when I phoned a human answered and the issue was sorted quickly. Reviewed on: 15th December 2019

Triodos is the only choice for people who want to support ethical banking and investment. They were incredibly diligent in their checks on us when we opened our accounts and really helpful throughout. At last I feel I am with a bank I can feel proud of an trust. Reviewed on: 15th December 2019
