Outstanding Customer Support

I had a problem transferring my Canadian pension. Triodos when beyond expectations to resolve my problem. As well, it is wonderful and a relief to be with an ethical bank. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical, forward thinking and efficient - perfect combo

If you want to put your money where your mouth is

Triodos is a great bank because it sticks to what banks’ missions should be ie serving the community. If you hold an account there you know that your money is benefiting good causes and projects that can make our world a better place. The only area for improvement is their customer facing technology which is still a bit clunky (eg you can’t make a payment online just with the app) Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
