Best banking experience ever!

Triodos ethics score highly with me. The online site is easy to navigate. I have no concerns or misgivings about banking with Triodos. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical and competent.

I transferred my main account to Triodos a few years ago. All direct debit and standing orders came across with no issues. I feel better my money is being used ethically and the customer service is excellent. Everything can be checked online and on the app. security is tight as well as you have to use a keypad to authorise a lot of items. Also provide options for ethical investments. Ethical banking without compromise

I joined them because they're the only bank that have made any proper commitments to the environment (pretty sure they have no investments in fossil fuels etc.) so they were a no brainer for me. They also give a lot of loans to independent businesses and you can even see who they've helped on a map on the app. Even though they're smaller and newer than most others their card generally works for all the websites I've paid for stuff on, their website/app is really simple to use, and there's lots of savings accounts / impact investments which they offer (I opened a cash ISA which is low interest as per everywhere else but at least I know it's doing some good). In a nutshell, I've not had any major issues with them, and I know my money is safe and doing some good which it would otherwise not be doing with the big banks. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Great customer service on a modern banking platform

I choose Triodos because of its ethical policies (and I believe that change starts with each individual, rather than waiting for someone else to improve a situation), but I stay with them because of there fantastic UK customer service and there brilliant online banking application. A wonderful, friendly, eco bank

Never had a problem with Triodos and moved all of my accounts and savings over knowing my money is somewhere committed to doing good for the planet and investing in sustainable companies. My only complaint or issue would be transfers taking up to two hours. Perfect banking experience.

Eco Friendly and Easy

I moved to Triodos after I found out my old bank was one of the biggest financial supporters of fossil fuels. I switched within the day and everything has been dead easy. I don't mind paying the £3 a month as it helps the environment. The customer service I've received have been tremendous and I would definitely them to others. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
