Brilliant & ethical

Unlike all the ‘big’ banks, Triodos offers outstanding, friendly, timely customer service and online banking that works! Add to that the ethical and sustainable elements to the bank too and it’s a bank to be proud of. I’ve been a customer for five years and I would recommend them to anyone. Putting people and planet ahead of greed

Finance enables so much damage to people and planet, and therefore has the potential to do so much good. The vast majority of banks focus on the old economic model where profit and greed are put ahead of everything else, but Triodos has flipped this on its head and chosen a different, more positive path. I now pay £3/month for a current account I never used to have to, but am so pleased am proud of my bank - never said that before. Their customer service is also excellent, and were there for me where a phishing scam led to me revealing lots of personal details Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
