Feel good about your money

I moved from one of the biggest high street banks because I learned about all the things my bank was doing that I didn't agree with. After nearly a year I'm glad I changed. It feels nice to have a bank account with a conscience. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

A breath of fresh air

I was fed up with my previous bank playing such a huge role in the funding of fossil fuels and god knows what else. Triodos has total transparency and support sustainable and green projects, if only all the other banks did this! My actual account and card works almost no differently to my previous Santander account. The only differences are that you need a digipass calculator to log in on a computer, and money can take up to an hour to be transferred to another account. Personally, this is not an issue. Feel good about banking, plus so easy to swap

It was extremely easy to move my account from a traditional high street bank to Triodos. One online form, then 15 minutes to set-up and understand the app. The hassles you might think you’d have (standing orders etc.) are all dealt with by Triodos. The app is safe and very easy to use, and I have instant access to my account 24/7. Now I know my money is not being used to fund anything that’s damaging to the environment, arms or anything immoral. In a words where it’s easy to feel helpless, this is a very simple way to know you’re making a stand and making a difference. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Relief

Huge relief after 50 years as customer with one of the old giants. Transparently ethical, accessible, easy to manage, quick to respond, communicative, and above all possible to get through easily to very well informed friendly advisers able to explain, reassure in a way that doesn’t make an older customer feel like a 3 year old. Finally an ethical bank
