Very ethical bank with great customer service

I switched to Triodos a couple of months ago, and it has been a breeze. Their customer service is absolutely top-notch, andthe switching process was made super easy by them. Banking that feels good

I love the experience of banking with Triodos. They are so transparent about what they do it makes me feel better about where I'm putting my money. Also, small things but I love the design of their cards and their app - always a nice reminder that you're banking ethically. Their customer service is great and their call handlers are always very friendly and happy to help. If I had to say what I'd like to improve, I wish there were physical banks I could visit. I miss being able to debit cash into my account. Also, the process with sending cheques in the post can be a bit daunting and slow. Although these minor inconveniences aren't enough to make me stop using Triodos. They still remain the best bank in my eyes. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Changed my current account to Triodos. They took my special needs into account, service to the max. Nothing too much trouble. Friendly customer service. STAY AWAY if you want access to your money

Where do I begin? Been with Triodos for years and though their phone staff are lovely, their ability to know what the left and right hand are doing is shocking. Frankly, I think they love keeping our heard earned, tax-paid money, and when one tries to actually access, withdraw, transfer said money, it is like jumping through rings that are never good enough. It is all roses and ethics on the outside and sh*t on the inside. The LACK of communication when there is a supposed issue is astonishing and you have to be Sherlock Holmes just to figure out what the F is wrong. Questions more likened to interrogation as to where finances come from, even though proof of documentation was provided makes me think they are forgetting they are a bank! STAY AWAY and hold your assets in another bank or bloody precious metals for gods sake. Months of back and forth with no solutions. Empty words and promises and a lack of customer understanding and follow through. Reviewed on: 16th July 2021

Cheerful, professional, helpful, & ethical.

Reliable, user friendly, brilliant customer service

I've been so impressed: website is simple to use, never crashes, feels secure but without being too fiddly. Customer service any time I've needed them has been from a local, well trained and super helpful employee. I've never hung up feel anything other than satisfied. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: my money isn't funding fossil fuel extraction...so I can sleep a whole lot better at night! Reviewed on: 29th April 2021
