Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Best bank ever!

I have been banking with Triodos for a number of years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I very much appreciate the transparency of the bank with regards to how my money is used, as it reassures me that the values of the bank are aligned with my own. I have had many interactions with Triodos customer service, both in relation to current and savings accounts that I hold with them, and have consistently found them to be friendly, efficient and professional. I would recommend Triodos to anyone considering embedding ethical and sustainable practices into their lives. I found the process of setting up an account to be extremely straightforward, and the UI for online and app based banking is consistently clear and easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
