Moving to TRIODOS was one of the simplest banking changes I've eve made and the online services & app work well for me. Security is reassuring without getting in the way of day to day banking. Very efficient, if ever I have need to call them calls are taken quickly and every single call has been answered by someone who is helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their willingness to fully answer the query.
