A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Ethical, functional, amazing customer service

I switched to Triodos because I wanted to bank with an organisation that treated my money responsibly and put it to work for good. I love that all organisations Triodos lends money to adhere to their high standards to make a positive impact, and are published on their website and app - the app’s community feature is cool, as I’ve found a few new companies nearby and around the country that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise who I want to support in other ways, as well as knowing that my money supports them simply by banking with Triodos. The app is clean and simple to use and does what I need. And if I’ve ever needed to speak to someone at Triodos it takes a few short minutes to get through and the team there is lovely and personable. Banking with Triodos feels like being part of something - a movement for positive change (much needed in this current climate) and a community or family. Reviewed on: 27th February 2021

Putting your money where your mouth is

I love the fact that I know exactly where my money goes and it is invested to help community groups, the environment and other worthwhile projects. The customer service is fantastic - over the pandemic they helped to sort out a complex issue with my daughters saving account- they are always helpful, go the extra mile. A very human back - in all respects

ESG is more than a buzzy acronym, it's how all companies need to operate. Triodos does, in spades. Perfect bank for all who care about their fellow humans and the planet. May sound corny but it gives me a warm fuzzy glow to use them and their services. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

AWESOME

Triodos is *my* bank. I trust them to look after me and my money - to invest in things I value, to warn me about new scams, to really listen to me on the phone and reply to my messages.
