Open, honest transformational banking

Excellent personal service.

Ethical and problem-free

I chose Triodos because they are an ethical, sustainable bank that is big enough to be professional and competitive, but not too big that they lose sight of their customers. I feel valued, I feel like my money is used for good and every contact I've had with them has been friendly, quick and easy. While the online banking site is not particularly attractive (yet works perfectly fine!), their app provides all the more ease for banking on the go. Highly recommend. A bank that meets my ethical requirements.

Triodos has good customer service and I find the website easy to use. I like to know that my money is well used. I also like their ifisa provision. I trust them to vet the offers that come from them and they are well managed. I accept that there is still some risk. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
