Awesome bank and fantastic service all round

I worked in high street bank for 11 years so I understand and the industry very well. Once I became ethically aware I swapped to Triodos. The switch was super simple and fast. The service has always been impeccable and I feel great knowing I’m banking with a company that takes ethics more seriously than profit, and still manage to provide awesome customer care. If you care switch now

It took me weeks to find bank with transparent investment program supporting (among other things) local community projects. It's very important to me to know how money I keep in a bank are used and website has very handy map showing where bank is investing. I'm a walking advertising poster and keep explaining how important transparency in banking it to everyone who will listen. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

My wife and I have a personal account with Triodos for over two years. My cash is being for the good while being kept safe for me

Triodos has all the benefits of modern day internet banking while retaining the crucial element of somebody to contact when things get tricky. Add this to an excellent code of ethics, and they tick all my boxes. I am particularly keen to do what I can to have my stored money used not just to pay salaries, big business loans and shareholders but also to help people to make progress in making their dreams, especially if they help the planet. Banking with a conscience

A bank with ethics
