A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Ethical and helpful good to have an alternative to the coop bank

I switched to Triodos when co-op bank started to lose some of it's ethical base. It's all on line which as woman in mid- 60s took a while to get used to but it's fine now. I find when I email or ring staff they are very helpful and see genuinely interested in my queries not going through a routine response. My only quibble really is the tiny reader I have to use when doing on line things. It's small and key pad tiny. I dont have big hands but it isnt easy to use. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021
