Feel good

It feels good to have an account with a bank that I know is ethical and that my money is being used to do good things. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

A bank with both conscience & confidence

Have carefully researched banks with whom I may wish to start saving, I wanted to ensure that my money would be used to finance projects that accord with my own values. Triodos does exactly that. My money is with people who care

One more thing I have got right

efficient & more ethical than most

Their aim to be ethical and support/supply environmentally sound investments is very attractive. They seem at least as efficient and user-friendly as any other bank & are prompt in replying to any queries. Only drawback is that some post offices do not do cash withdrawals with their debit card - but that will change. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Efficient and Friendly

Whenever I have a question they respond with all the information I need and even during the pandemic have got back to me quickly. Their Ethical policies are the reason I chose them but their customer service has made sure I have not come to regret that decision. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
