Pleasant, efficient and ethical

I moved to Triodos from a high street bank this year for their ethics, but have been continually pleased by all their other good points - not least their customer service which is efficient, friendly, polite and informative. I love banking with Triodos because I know that my money is being used for the good of society and the environment. I love reading about the projects they support and knowing that my money is helping them to do that.
