The TSB Cash account is a basic bank account.

It’s available if you don’t have a UK bank account and don’t qualify for other TSB current accounts. There’s no charge for opening or maintaining the account. Cash account holders can use the TSB mobile banking app, but you won’t be able to get an overdraft.

We all experience problems

Customer service above and beyond

I'm writing to inform you of the incredibly high standard of customer service at TSB, Carmarthen. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful, hard-working and patient.
