About this product

The TSB Cash account is a basic bank account.

It’s available if you don’t have a UK bank account and don’t qualify for other TSB current accounts. There’s no charge for opening or maintaining the account. Cash account holders can use the TSB mobile banking app, but you won’t be able to get an overdraft.

speedy service, helpful and friendly staff

The staff are polite and helpful, the service I receive is quick, I am offered tea and coffee (not every bank branch does this) and I am sent updates and a statement regularly without having to ask. Excellent customer service Reviewed on: 20th June 2016

Easy to use bank account

Always banked with TSB and always will:-)

I have always banked with TSB and will never change. The customer service is exceptional, I have experienced a problem with a hotel charging me twice and I went into my bank to ask what I could do about it and they kindly contacted the hotel for me to help me resolve the situation. their mobile and online banking is quick and easy to access also :-) Reviewed on: 12th November 2015

Easy to open and great customer service!

I opened a standard TSB cash account for bills and shopping to my money could be seperated from my standard, everyday funds. It was easy to open the TSB cash account online and it is very easy to pay in and withdraw from the account also. The account can also be made into a joint account should me and my partner wish to do this in the future! All in all a very good, simple account! Reviewed on: 25th August 2015

Going round in circles

Helpful Friendly staff

Ive had a few problems with my cash account but TSB have been a great help. Offering me an unauthorised overdraft for me to pay back monthly. This did however cause a slight problem money wise but once I got used to it i was fine with it and I enjoy having that little bit of extra security on my account. I wont be moving to a new bank any time soon as TSB have been helpful and i doubt i'd get that elsewhere with other high street banks SINCE THIS REVIEW I HAVE HAD NOTJING BUT PROBLEMS Reviewed on: 28th April 2015
