I Actually Think TSB Delivers!

I was automatically moved from Lloyds to TSB when they split a year or so back. That experience was seamless, and my experience with them has been very good ever since. Their online banking is excellent - the same platform as Lloyds, as far as I can tell - and I find their customer service to be excellent overall. Although I live in Northumberland, the branch I tend to use is at London Wall, near the offices, and the Manager there, in particular, is very friendly and welcoming. ... The switch condition are very strict.

The switch condition are very strict. After doing 300 or more transactions. I missed by few transaction in the last month. For this TSB refuse to pay out. This is one way to avoid paying as you have to keep doing certain steps every month for 6 months. Miss one and you are out. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2024

TSB satisfied customer

I have been with TSB for 5 years and I am happy with my basic current account. I do not need anything else, just money in, money out, direct debits, just easy banking, and this is what I have with TSB. Reviewed on: 10th January 2024

The worst customer service experience

The worst customer service experience ever. My account was presumably hacked 2 weeks ago as when I try to pay for services online, verification codes are been sent to a wrong telephone number I have never heard of. I never receive verification codes and as a result can’t make online payments. I called to tsb numerous times, spoke to many teams and no one able to fix the problem. TSB closed out account after 10 years of blemish free use without reason

After being with TSB for over 10 years. Always in credit, always pay CC in full we received a letter today saying they were closing our checking account down with no reason or justification. I spent over an hour on the phone (Chargeable rate) and no one can explain why our account is being closed. The letter referred to 2 accounts. Amazing

I've never had problems in 6years. Someone got in my account and Tab was on it straight away. They loyal and will keep you safe. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Poor customer experience

A bank account issue happened on the side of TSB. They never contacted me as a consumer proactively. It was also impossible to contact them over the phone with waiting times exceeding an hour. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

Crypto banned

If you want a power hungry bank that won't allow you to buy crypto, or a bank that seems to think they have the right to know what you spend your own money on... this is the bank for you. Otherwise, avoid like the plague. Reviewed on: 21st April 2023
