United Trust Bank gave first rate results

United Trust Bank gave first rate customer service and returns. They made it so easy that I was able to reinvest after my first fixed term with very little effort on my part. They kept me up to date with times lines and process so I felt confident my money was in safe hands at every step. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

I cannot praise them enough.

I cannot praise them enough. I called today in fact to check on the changes to ISA arrangements for the new tax year. Call was answered in less than 30 seconds, I was given immediate, precise and clear guidance on my options for multiple accounts from this April. Staff member friendly, knowledgeable and she was immediately able to help. Calls are always answered from company staff in this country, with no need for being placed on hold. I already have 3 bonds with them at present, it would be difficult to beat them on interest rate. Reviewed on: 19th March 2024

UTB have a good reputation in the charitable sector

We are a not for profit entity and UTB specialise in investment accounts for charities and the like and having received a substantial legacy our organisation found UTB returns to be very advantageous. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2024
