Utterly outstanding in every way.

I have savings invested with 8 different providers and yet United Trust Bank is by far the best. The online banking service is easy to use. When I have to ring branch for advice the call is answered quickly and the response clear and efficient. Cannot fault the United Trust Bank. Transfer of Fixed Rate ISA from another provider.

It was very easy to get my maturing Fixed Rate ISA transferred to UTB at a much better rate than my then provider was offering. I already had other accounts with UTB including a 30-Day notice and a 3-year Fixed Rate ISA. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025
