I had to contact customer service and the gentleman...

I had to contact customer service and the gentleman was extremely helpful as my bank were reluctant to transfer money to a non high street account. It took 3 phone calls involving the customer service man speaking to my everyday bank. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Good experience with new Cash ISA

Opened a Cash ISA in 2024 because of the competitive interest rate on offer. Funding involved two transfers in. Required customer support for portal access and had a questions about the product. Both enquiries were handled well. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
