Moving accounts made easy

I received a lot of help when I wished to close my savings account before it matured and move to another account which provided a better rate of interest. Very grateful for the cooperation and help I received. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

Wonderful staff great help for a new saver

I found the bank excellent when I was new to saving I phoned up for advice the gentleman I spoke with took time to go through all my options. I explained I had problems with dyslexia and found situations hard.He was so patient. He phoned me back the next day to see if I had managed to open a savings account!!
