Always excellent interest rates and it's very easy to open an account and give maturity instructions. Money transferred on time when closing accounts too. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Great rates on my 5yr bond.

Great rates on my 5yr bond. I managed to block my account the other week and when I rang up to speak to someone they were really helpful, fixed my problem and emailed me a statement so I didn’t have to logg back in to my account myself. phone call was clear, English speaking and easy to understand. Utterly Trustworthy Bank

Banked with UTB over the years. When you need help you actually talk to a real person! The phone is answered quickly and your query dealt with professionally. In addition secure messaging is dealt with promptly if you prefer this Comms method. Interest rates are competitive and maturity instructions are always carried out without an issue. United Trust Bank - Best for Various Fixed Term Savings

I have held United Trust Bank savings accounts for a number of years. Over this time they have included fixed term deposit accounts for 12 and 15 months offering very competitive interest rates, as well as a fixed term ISA taken out most recently December 2024 offering an excellent 5.4% return, which was a market leader at the time. I found there accounts very straight forward to manage, they are secure, reliable and dependable and I have never had an issue.
