Very easy process to use. Everything jas been clearly explained and unlike some credit cards that just increase your limit, the choice was left to me when that option was made available. No surprises, good service

No surprises: transparent T&C's, convenient app, good customer service. High interest, which is normal in the poor credit score segment. I've been using the vanquis card for a couple of years. Vanquis has definitely helped me build my credit score after having bad credit. The APR is quite high but after several years ita came down. The customer service has always been good when I’ve dealt with someone over the phone. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
