When I needed Vanquis most they let me down.

When I needed Vanquis most they let me down. I was on holiday and I didn't have access to the phone registered so despite answering all the security questions I could not use the card for the remainder of my holiday. Terrible experience. Reviewed on: 12th May 2025

I have been with Vanquis a long time

I have been with Vanquis a long time now and I cannot fault the service I have received. My credit card app is easy to use and make payments easy. When I have phoned customer service the odd time they answer your call without waiting which is a big thing for me. Customer service always helpful and sorted my query with no problems. I always felt I was treated like a customer. Staff where polite, friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 12th May 2025

Simply the Best

You are sent a reminder to say when your payment will be taken. Statements are always sent & never any problems. Easy to understand. The card is recognised in so many places. Vanquis is a reliable & reputable company who are excellent. Iam so pleased l applied for Vanquis . A company to trust & rely on. Reviewed on: 11th May 2025
