To be fare, I have had little to no experience with difficulties in my dealings with anyone at any offices as yet, I use my credit card as and when I need to and at the end of the month pay off the outstanding total. With this, I have no problems. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Good for people struggling with credit issues.

Good for people struggling with credit issues. Very good security measures and updates sent regularly ref changes. Easy app to use to keep up to date and look at account information. Very good at checking if you need to lower your credit etc. and listen very well on customer service calls. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

Vanquis is ready and willing to help sort a problem out if you need help , I say to my kids you know you have class if you have Vanquis in your bag , that’s my motto , it was so glad not to have to worry about Christmas last year , I got Christmas sorted and had a few pounds£££ left going into new year so was a good start , Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

Balance transfer scam

After doing a balance transfer to my Vanquis account which the offer was 0% for 12 months, for which I was charged a balance transfer fee of £147, Vanquis put the transfer amount through as a purchase on my account, so I’m now getting charged interest on this amount only a month after doing balance transfer, in regards to customer service they are useless, all they did was tell me they will put through a complaint for me, which can take up to 56 days! I will never deal with Vanquis again! Reviewed on: 15th July 2025
