I have been a customer with Vanquis for years and am very happy with the service all that time .The customer Service Assistants are always polite informative and i receive a good responce to my request On many occasions i am asked about my well being. Helpful and trustworthy

I have held my Vanquis for many years and on the very rare time that I have had to contact Vanquis I was met by very polite and helpful staff who were able to resolve my issue during that phone call.
