No marketing gumf and excellent customer care.

They never inundate me with marketing nor irrelevant offers. Vanquis' customer care is excellent as my first hand experience showed. My order of brake discs and pads went missing and to quote the carrier "probably stolen by staff" of the carrier. Retailer and carrier refused to investigate but Vanquis stepped up and sorted everything out for me. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Disapointed

I have had around 5 instances of fraud on my account. Every time my security is increased and then it happens again. I am constantly getting phone calls to ask me for personal details over the phone which then result in me having to contact customer services to deal with it again Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Easily reachable whenever you call and staff always know how to help you best.Not nice to be owing but when your life needs this extra cushioning I think they come top.Thank you for the kind staff.Always advising when before you even get closer to your limit. I have so much to say but I hat I would tell you is...

I have so much to say but I hat I would tell you is do not trust that bank. Someone easily got access to my account and they allowed to transaction that should have been flagged as not usual activity of more then 4000 £ and now asking me to pay interest rate on money fraud. Your info are not secured . They have one of the worst customer service I have encounter in my entire life and I am definitely not of those that take time to complain.
