I've been a vanquis customer for excess of 12 years .

I've been a vanquis customer for excess of 12 years .I've had credit limits upto 4 thousand pounds over the years .I reduced my level down to £500 and have always payed my bills never ever missing one .Recently I had an offer of £350 increase so I accepted but to get it I had to fill in forms so much so I gave up when I asked vanquis they told me it what we have to do .Well I've had lots of increases with vanquis over the years I've never had this before you were offered an increase thdn you accepted or rejected it .I felt like a new customer who had to prove himself again and not a loyal customer of many years Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
