Respect and friendly

Having had trouble before with credit cards I need one that listen and helped me control my account. The card had a reasonable limit and was never pushed to increase it at any time they listen when I decide not to take an increase until I was ready. They are polite. Friendly. And Respectable. I have been a vanquis customer for 10year's now, and have always had a positive experience with them in whatever i was doing financially..at a low point in my Life i considered cancelling my account and after a brilliant talk with the vanquis advisor on the phone i changed my mind..glad i did, keep up the good work people. Take but not Give...

increased interest rates twice in months. Not helpful at all when having difficulty paying instalments. I had to take monies out of Pension Fund to pay them off as was told had to pay monies on time or be charged fee's. Thus putting more debt and interest onto balance.
