Vanquis agents there to help when needed

Every time i have asked the advice from the Vanquis team i have been met with social and very patient agents who have taken me step by step until i have got the answers i need. one time when i could not log on they very patiently helped me out yet again at age 82 that means a lot when someone is there willing to help you when you are not to good with new technology Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
