Customer care team are so on the ball.

Customer care team are so on the ball. Detected possible fraud on my card and contacted me quickly and sent new card within days. I would have been totally unaware of this potential fraud. Hounded relentlessly by phone and messages and emails

I was continually hounded for not paying amounts such as £10 at an extremely stressful time in my life plus bombarded with messages about the same and didn't know that I could ask them to stop doing this. They regularly had my blood pressure through the roof and I'm classed as a Priority customer bc of my mental and physical health! Can't wait to pay it off so I can be rid of them.
