Marvellous Customer Service

Vanquis has helped me build up my creditworthiness from when I had to go bankrupt years ago I have now got 1000 points on my credit score. Vanquis has helped built it back up to the maximum. (EXCELLENT) Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Interest rates let Vanquis down.

I've had a good customer service from Vanquis. The trouble is the interest rate, it is much too high. I would have thought some customers who always pay on time and clear their balances could have a lower rate. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Fab Team.
