Very helpful and sympathetic

I've been with Vanquis for a while now and I've experienced financial difficulties during this time. Vanquis were very sympathetic and helpful during that time and came up with a plan. Thankfully my finances are now great and I'm still with Vanquis. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

I have not encountered issues with Vanquis card.

I have not encountered any issues with Vanquis I can use my card instore, online without problems compared to other card issuers where you are limited on where to use their cards. My credit score has risen since using Vanquis card, Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Great customer service and credit card provider.

I found the application process very easy, they offer a credit limit that is easy to manage and make regular payments on without me worrying that I can't make my monthly payment. They stay in regular touch with me with offers and possible credit limit increases etc. I have found them very easy to communicate with and all in all am very satisfied with the service I am recieving from them.
