The interest rate is extortionate.

The interest rate increased and it is extortionate. I pay off £150 a month and £90 of that is interest. There is no way to reduce or pause the interest so I can pay more off. Have asked previously and was told no. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

They are they only card that gave me options when I was in a difficult position, they were incredibly understanding, very friendly. They did this on their suggestion rather than me request it as I wasn't aware credit card companies would do this, my previous experience with a credit card was completely the opposite!.
